Breakfast

View full section

Carl's Jr. breakfast is served in the morning and is the part of the menu that varies most between branches. Below are the burritos, platters and sandwiches on the morning card, with nutrition facts where we've verified them.

Flame-Grilled Burgers

View full section

The section that defines the brand: burgers with beef cooked over an open flame. It includes the Star line, the Big Angus range, and options like the Low Carb, which swaps the bun for lettuce.

Two styles sit side by side here: hand-breaded chicken, which is crunchier and heavier, and chargrilled chicken, which usually carries less fat and fewer calories. Worth comparing the two before you order.

Sides: fries in several cuts, plus onion rings. Most come in small, medium and large, so the calorie figures shown correspond to the serving size listed.

The lightest option on the card — though it's worth checking the dressing, which is usually what adds most of the calories and sodium to the finished plate.

Soft drinks, coffee, juices and the Hand-Scooped® shakes, made with ice cream. The shakes are by far the most calorie-dense drinks on the menu.

Cookies and ice cream. A short section, but with big differences between options — worth checking the sugar and trans fat before choosing.

What this site is, and what it isn’t

An information guide

We collect the Carl’s Jr. México menu, nutrition and branch addresses in one place, each figure with a link to where it came from, so you can find what you need quickly.

Not Carl’s Jr.

We are not the company or a franchisee. We don’t sell food, take orders, handle deliveries or speak for any branch.

To order or complain

Use the official Carl’s Jr. México site or app, or contact your branch. Prices and availability there are the final word. In the United States? The US menu is on carlsjr.com.

Why there's no single price list

Carl's Jr. México doesn't release a single national price per item. What a customer pays in Monterrey may differ from Puebla, and within one city there are differences between mall locations, drive-thru sites and outlets inside supermarkets.

Four things move the final price: the branch and city, the size and whether it's a combo, the promotions running that day, and the purchase channel — counter, kiosk, app or a delivery platform, each of which can produce a different total.

So we publish only prices we can source, each labelled with its channel and date, in the full price list, and tell you where to confirm the price at your branch.

Frequently asked questions

Is this site owned by Carl's Jr.?

No. carlsjrmenu.com.mx is an independent project with no commercial relationship to Carl's Jr. or CKE Restaurants. We don't sell food, take orders or represent the brand. For ordering or official promotions, go to carlsjr.com.mx.

Does this menu apply to Carl's Jr. in the United States?

No. This is the Mexican menu: prices are in Mexican pesos, and recipes, serving sizes and even product names differ between countries. For the US menu, prices and restaurants, use the official US site, carlsjr.com.

Are the prices the same at every Carl's Jr. in Mexico?

No. The brand runs its Mexican restaurants through 23 franchise companies and each sets its own prices. Every price here says which menu or site it comes from, and counter and delivery prices are kept separate.

Where does the nutrition data come from?

We transcribe it item by item from the product pages on the official Mexican site. Every verified item links back to its source so you can check it.

Why do some items say "not yet verified"?

Because we haven't transcribed the full panel yet. We'd rather flag them as pending than fill the gap with estimates: a wrong calorie count is useless to someone tracking macros, and a wrong allergen can cause real harm.
